DROPS Oman Chapter was formed in September 2017 to assist with the delivery of the DROPS Global message into the Sultanate of Oman.

Our mission is to operate as an open, inclusive and collaborative group, focused on reinforcing the use and acceptance of meaningful, sustainable and cost effective solutions.

We strive to promote DROPS best practice across a multitude of disciplines throughout the country. Regional events, communications and activities are co-ordinated by Regional members who form the DROPS Oman Chapter steering committee. We hold bi-monthly steering committee meetings with the intention to hold at least two large scale events each year.

We aim to be actively engaged in mentoring newcomers to the DROPS journey, and assisting with the effective embedding of ideas into the minds of strategic decision makers within the industry, thereby bringing about a much needed change in the avoidance of dropped objects.
